Reporting to the Operations lead, this role will cover the entire marketing funnel, so you’ll need to be comfortable with a wide range of tasks: working closely with the team to execute campaigns, spearheading social media outreach strategies, constantly updating our processes based on hard data, and more.

Your marketing experience includes social media mastery as well as compelling content creation. Along with strong communications, you deliver top-notch presentations, no matter the audience.


  • Act as the gatekeeper of our web presence, creating brand awareness while maintaining a strong brand voice across social channels
  • Leverage digital capabilities, standards and best practices to drive customer engagement
  • Design and execute digital media campaigns aligned with our business goals
  • Be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities to position Watson Clark as a thought leader in the pharma advertising space
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Plan, execute and report of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and curate marketing and digital content on all owned and paid channels
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Monitor marketing campaigns' ROI and KPIs

The ideal candidate has

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • Command of content marketing and social media
  • Experience building, executing and scaling marketing plans from concept to completion
  • Track record of creating marketing plans/ strategies for agencies, B2B industry from scratch
  • Proven experience in setting a marketing budget
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
